Return Policy

1. Overview
This Return Policy describes your rights and our procedures for returning products and obtaining refunds when you purchase from Kluzarinzythunie, 233, 235 Old Brompton Rd, London SW5 0EA, United Kingdom, via the website https://kluzarinzythunie.ddd. It applies to orders delivered in the United Kingdom and is intended to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“Consumer Contracts Regulations”).
If you are a consumer in another country, additional or different rights may apply under your local law; we will respect mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to your place of residence where required.
2. Your statutory rights
As a consumer in the UK, you have statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. These rights are not limited by this policy. In particular:
- Short-term right to reject: If goods do not conform to the contract (e.g. they are faulty or do not match the description), you may reject them within 30 days of ownership (e.g. from delivery) and claim a full refund.
- Right to repair or replacement: For up to six months, if goods are faulty we must offer a repair or replacement unless impossible or disproportionate; if one repair or replacement fails, you may then be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
- Right to a price reduction or refund: If goods remain faulty after repair/replacement, or if we do not remedy the issue within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
We do not exclude or limit these statutory rights. This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds in practice.
3. Distance and off-premises contracts: right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, when you buy at a distance (e.g. online) you have a right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day after you receive the goods. This is often called the “cooling-off” period.
3.1 How to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly (e.g. by email or post) before the 14-day period has expired. You may use the contact details in section 10. We will send you an acknowledgement. You must then return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods were faulty.
3.2 Condition of returned goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In other words, you may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop, but if you use more than necessary (e.g. open and consume a significant amount of a supplement), we may deduct an amount for the decrease in value when we refund you. For sealed products that you have unsealed, we may make a deduction if the product cannot be resold as new.
3.3 Refund after cancellation
We will refund you the price paid for the goods and the standard delivery cost (least expensive option we offered) without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them back (whichever is earlier). We will use the same payment method you used unless you agree otherwise; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or evidence of return. We may deduct from the refund any loss in value of the goods as permitted by law (see 3.2).
4. Faulty or non-conforming goods
If the product is faulty, not as described, or does not match what was agreed, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to describe the issue or send photos. Where appropriate, we will arrange return at our cost and will either repair, replace or refund you in accordance with your statutory rights. We do not refund the cost of return postage for faulty goods when we have asked you to return them; we will reimburse that cost.
5. How to return goods

Please include your name, order reference or email, and reason for return. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit until they reach us. For high-value or fragile items, consider adequate insurance.
6. Refund processing
Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer; typically you will see the refund within 5–10 working days after we have processed it. If you have not received the refund within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will investigate.
We will not refund delivery costs where you are returning goods under the 14-day right to cancel and you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard one we offered. We will refund the standard delivery cost only. For faulty or non-conforming goods, we will refund the full amount including delivery as required by law.
7. Exceptions
Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to:
- Goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain supplements once the seal is broken, where resale would be unsafe). In such cases you may still have a right to cancel and return if the seal is intact; once unsealed, cancellation may not apply, but your rights in respect of faulty goods remain.
- Perishable goods.
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
For HerbaCor Vitalis: if the product is unsealed or partially used, we may accept a return at our discretion but may deduct an amount to reflect use or diminished value. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish a different product or quantity, please return the original order in accordance with this policy and place a new order. We will process the refund as set out above once we receive the returned goods.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Changes do not affect your statutory rights. For orders already placed, the policy in effect at the time of your order will apply unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you.
